Pet Policy

Raintree Apartments is a pet-friendly community! Cats and dogs are welcome here in our community! You may have up to two pets per apartment home with a non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions do apply, so please contact our leasing office for more details.

$250 non-refundable pet fee, $25/pet per month pet rent limit of 2 pets, no weight limit but breed restrictions apply (Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, German Shepards, Akitas, and Rottweilers)
